We're looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer for our Growth Marketing team. You'll own the visual output of our paid and organic channels—Meta ads that convert, YouTube thumbnails that win the click, and Instagram content that builds the brand. This is a high-volume, high-iteration role where speed, craft, and data all matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static and motion-ready ad creatives for Meta across formats (feed, story, reels)—multiple variants per concept for testing.
• Create YouTube thumbnails engineered for CTR: strong faces, clear text hierarchy, instant readability at small sizes.
• Design Instagram carousels, static posts, and reel covers that fit the channel's voice and design system.
• Iterate on performance data with the growth team—read signals like CTR and thumb-stop rate, and turn losing creatives into winning ones.
• Contribute creative concepts to brainstorms, not just execution—bring references, sketches, and angles.
• Research and track trends in performance creative, social formats, and edtech design, and adapt them to our brand fast.
• Use AI design tools (Figma, Claude design, similar) to multiply output without dropping quality.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years designing for performance marketing or social-first brands (D2C, edtech, or consumer apps a plus).
• A portfolio showing ad creatives, thumbnails, and social content—not just brand or print work—including multiple variants of the same concept.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy, especially at small sizes and fast scroll speeds.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); After Effects or basic motion is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools, and a clear point of view on where they help vs. where they hurt.
• Speed: comfortable shipping 15–20+ creative variants a week without hand-holding.
• Data literacy: you understand why an ad won or lost, and you design the next round accordingly.
• Self-driven on research—you show up with references and trend examples before being asked.

Nice-to-Haves

• Basic motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut).
• Experience designing for US or international audiences.
• Experience working directly with media buyers or growth marketers.
