Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in our Pune Division. You'll be the visual voice behind the brands we build designing everything from scroll-stopping social creatives and campaign assets to brand identities, decks, and digital collateral. Day-to-day, you'll take briefs from rough idea to ready to ship, collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and video editors, and make sure every pixel is on-brand and on-purpose. Expect variety, real ownership, and the occasional can we make it pop feedback that you'll learn to translate.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma (CorelDRAW is an added edge)

- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy

- Experience designing across digital and print: social, web, decks, brochures, packaging, and more

- Ability to translate brand guidelines into fresh, on-brand work without making everything look the same

- Bonus points for motion graphics, basic animation, or video design skills (you'll be working alongside our video team)

- Excellent attention to detail and a real point of view on craft

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines

- A portfolio that shows range: branding, campaigns, and the projects you're genuinely proud of

- A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus, but a killer portfolio matters more.
