About Us

Hill Farm Organics is a growing craft beverage company based in the foothills of the Dhauladhar mountains in Himachal Pradesh.

We create innovative fermented beverages under our brands ZYM and ZYM Early Ferments, combining traditional fermentation with contemporary flavours, thoughtful design, and a distinctive Himalayan identity.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team and help bring our brands to life.

What You'll Do

Branding & Packaging

• Design and adapt labels, can sleeves, bottle artwork, cartons, and promotional packaging.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, dielines, bleed, and colour specifications.
• Maintain visual consistency across our product portfolio.
• Collaborate with external designers and packaging suppliers.

Marketing & Digital Content

• Create engaging social media graphics, advertisements, banners, and campaign materials.
• Design product brochures, presentations, sales catalogues, posters, and point-of-sale displays.
• Edit product photographs, create mockups, and develop promotional visuals.
• Produce short-form videos and reels using existing footage and assets.

Creative Operations

• Translate marketing briefs into effective visual communication.
• Manage and organise design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, and the marketing team.
• Handle multiple design requests while meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, food and beverage, packaging, or consumer brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of InDesign, Canva, or Figma.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of print production and packaging artwork preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently.
• A portfolio demonstrating both creativity and practical design execution.
