Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with strong skills in video-making, animations, and visual storytelling. The role involves designing impactful communication materials that support political consulting, policy research, and public engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design graphics, infographics, and layouts for reports, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Create short videos, motion graphics, and animations to explain policy ideas and political strategies.
- Collaborate with research and consulting teams to translate complex policy concepts into engaging visuals.
- Manage brand consistency across all visual outputs.
- Work on both print and digital media requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing video-making and animation projects.
- Experience in political consulting, public policy, or social sector projects preferred.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality creative outputs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education & Background:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video production.
