Description
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Learning Content Design to create engaging, easy-to-understand visual materials for our training programs and e-learning modules.
This role will focus on visual storytelling, training presentation designs, infographics, explainer videos, and interactive digital assets that help our channel partners (Associate Buyers) and learners from Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities learn faster, remember better, and engage more.
Brief Job Description
- Design visuals for training content presentations, infographics, workbooks, e-learning screens, and training manuals.
- Develop visual assets for e-learning modules (icons, illustrations, motion graphics).
- Create short animated videos and microlearning clips to simplify concepts.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Trainers, and L&D Managers to bring training content to life visually.
- Ensure visual consistency with Keysoul & RCM brand guidelines across all training platforms.
- Experiment with new-age design tools and methods to increase learner engagement (Canva, AI-based tools, interactive PDFs).

- Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Articulate Storyline/Captivate (basic preferred).
- Ability to translate text-heavy content into engaging visual formats.
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing for training/educational purposes.
- Good understanding of adult learning principles and how design supports learning.
- Creativity to make training material appealing for Tier 2/3 audience (simple visuals, relatable icons, culturally appropriate imagery).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with the L&D team.
Educational /Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- 34 years experience in designing content for corporate training, L&D, or e-learning platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing training/educational design work is mandatory.
