Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of agency or design

experience to join our creative team. You will turn briefs into scroll-stopping visuals across digital, social,

print and brand touchpoints, working closely with copywriters, the creative director and client servicing. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role where you will see your work go live every week and grow quickly under strong creative mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Study design briefs, clarify requirements and conceptualise visuals that match campaign objectives.

• Design creatives for social media, digital ads, websites, email, print, outdoor and packaging.

• Develop illustrations, logos, brand collaterals and other visual assets using design software or by hand.

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the creative director and internal teams.

• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, UI/UX and strategy teams to deliver cohesive final designs.

• Apply colour, typography and layout effectively while keeping every output visually appealing and on-brand.

• Transform data and complex information into clear infographics, diagrams and presentations.

• Adapt and test designs across multiple formats, platforms and media, and prepare production-ready files.

• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, and revise designs promptly.

• Manage multiple projects, plan timelines and deliver within deadlines and budget constraints.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools and platform best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of proven graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising or branding agency.

• A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, campaigns, branding and illustration work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; working knowledge of Figma, Canva or Adobe

XD is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a sound grasp of print and digital production specifications.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and openness to feedback.

• Ability to work methodically, multitask and meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a related field is a plus.
