We are looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on-site in Kozhikode.

This role is focused on branding and high-performance static creatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end design execution, using advanced tools and AI platforms to create impactful visuals.

You will be responsible for developing result-driven creatives, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to the overall creative direction and performance of campaigns.

• Design high-impact static creatives for:
• Social media campaigns
• Performance marketing ads
• Brand communication materials
• Develop strategic design concepts aligned with brand identity and business objectives
• Utilize advanced design tools and AI platforms to enhance productivity and creative quality
• Ensure all creatives are optimized for engagement, conversion, and brand recall
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to deliver result-oriented creatives
• Contribute to improving creative output based on performance insights

• Strong proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
• Solid experience in branding, logo design, and typography
• Strong understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, and design principles
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design workflows
• Ability to create performance-driven creatives, not just aesthetic designs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred
