Churchgate Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (CHPL) is a hospitality-focused brand house dedicated to creating unique, experience-driven dining concepts. Each restaurant under CHPL is crafted with a distinct identity, rooted in cultural inspiration, impactful design, and exceptional culinary expertise. Their current portfolio features Nksha, a refined Art Deco North Indian dining experience; Otoki, a meticulous and authentic Japanese dining destination; and Tamak, a warm and flavorful North Indian social dining concept. At CHPL, every dining concept is treated as a standalone brand, ensuring individuality and lasting impressions.

Role Overview:

Graphic Designer Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

On-site, Full-time Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of social media (especially Instagram) who can create visually compelling, scroll-stopping creatives for premium restaurant brands. This role requires someone who is not just technically sound, but also deeply in tune with current design trends, typography, and content formats that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media First Design

Conceptualize and design:

Instagram static posts

Carousels (storytelling-led)

Story creatives

Reel covers & visual frames

Ensure all creatives are: -Scroll-stopping -Trend-aware -Visually differentiated from generic food content

2. Campaign & Content Design Work closely with the marketing team to create:

Campaign creatives

Launch visuals

Event promotions

Festival-led content Ability to translate ideas into strong visual narratives is critical.

3. Restaurant Collaterals Design high-quality:

Menus

In-store creatives

Table-top collaterals

Digital display creatives Maintain a premium, detail-oriented aesthetic across all touchpoints.

4. Motion Graphics: Create basic motion-led content for

Instagram reels

Story animations

Promotional content Understanding of movement, pacing, and visual flow is important.

5. Brand & Aesthetic Ownership

Maintain strong visual consistency across brands

Understand and adapt to different brand identities (Otoki, Nksha, Tamak)

Ensure all creatives reflect a premium hospitality aesthetic Required Skills

Strong understanding of Instagram design trends and formats

Excellent typography and layout sense

Ability to create clean, premium, non-generic designs

Basic motion design understanding is a plus

Experience with hospitality / F&B / lifestyle brands

Preferred Tools:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe After Effects (basic)

Canva

Figma (optional)
