Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer who can think conceptually, explore unconventional

ideas, and craft engaging visual content. If you are a fresher or intern with strong creativity and a

compelling portfolio, this role offers an excellent opportunity to start and grow your career in a

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative visual concepts for campaigns, brand communication, and product

marketing

Design creatives for social media, performance ads, website banners, app creatives,

presentations, and marketing collateral

Translate briefs into out-of-the-box design solutions aligned with brand guidelines

Collaborate with content writers, performance marketers, and product teams

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas

Ensure timely delivery while maintaining design quality and consistency

Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and creative formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong creative thinking and conceptual ability

Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or

equivalent

Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling

Good communication and presentation skills

Detail-oriented with a passion for design aesthetics

Portfolio is mandatory (academic, freelance, or personal work accepted)

Good to Have

Motion graphics / video editing exposure

Understanding of fintech or digital marketing creatives

Familiarity with AI-based design tools
