Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design:
- Create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Apply UX principles to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Graphic Creation:
- Design graphics for websites, social media, print, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Maintain high-quality visuals across multiple platforms and media.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure brand visuals remain consistent across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with UX designers, developers, marketing, and product teams to execute design requirements.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
Prototyping & Design Systems:
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Contribute to design systems, style guides, and maintain an organized asset library.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovation to projects.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Track design iterations and maintain documentation for all design assets.
Technical Proficiency:
- Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) proficiently to produce high-quality graphics.
- Incorporate animation and motion design where necessary.
Core Competencies / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in UI and graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
- Experience with animation, motion graphics, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to iterate on designs effectively based on feedback.
