Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visual content that aligns with Brikoven's brand identity. The designer will work across digital and print media, contributing to marketing campaigns, social media content, packaging design, and in-store communication materials.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging graphics and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media, website, emailers, banners, and presentations
Develop branding and packaging designs for new product launches (e.g. pizza boxes, menus, sleeves, signage)
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Ensure all creatives are on-brand, consistent in terms of tone, style, and quality
Edit photos and enhance product imagery for catalogs and campaigns
Create visual assets for recruitment, events, internal branding, and employee communications
Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and F&B industry design standards
Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
13 years of experience in graphic design (experience in food & beverage industry is a plus)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, CorelDRAW
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
Excellent time management and team collaboration skills
Attention to detail with the ability to take feedback and adapt
Preferred Qualities
Creativity with a passion for storytelling through visuals
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
Familiarity with print production processes and digital ad requirements
Basic photography knowledge is a plus
Working Conditions
Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Indiranagar (Head Office), occasional visits to production or store locations
Working Days: 6 days a week (as per business need)
