Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life across digital campaigns, social media, performance marketing, and on-ground branding. You will work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to create visually compelling assets that drive engagement and leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-impact creatives for social media, ads, website, landing pages, and campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
- Collaborate with marketing & growth teams for campaign concepts
- Translate ideas into engaging visuals with quick turnaround times
- Basic motion creatives/GIFs (good to have)
- Adapt designs based on performance insights
Required Skills
- Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Canva (Adobe Suite preferred)
- Excellent sense of layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling
- Experience in digital marketing creatives & branding
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication & feedback-handling skills
Good to Have
- Experience in real estate, construction, or startup environments
- Motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Basic UI/UX understanding
