Job Summary
We are looking for a
creative and strategic Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in creating engaging visuals that resonate with
coaching professionals, including life coaches, business coaches, and personal development experts. You will play a key role in crafting branding materials, social media content, and digital assets that elevate our clients brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Branding & Identity Design: Develop logos, brand kits, and visual guidelines tailored for coaching professionals.
- Social Media & Content Graphics: Design high-quality Instagram posts, Facebook ads, LinkedIn banners, and YouTube thumbnails that align with personal brand messaging.
- Website & Landing Page Design: Support the development of website assets, lead magnet designs, and sales pages to enhance conversions.
- Video & Motion Graphics (Preferred): Create engaging animated graphics, intros, and promo videos for coaches marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate concepts into impactful visuals that communicate the brand's mission.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in personal branding, coaching, or the online education industry.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media graphics, and digital marketing assets.
- Understanding of Coaching & Personal Branding: Ability to design with the specific needs of coaches and consultants in mind.

- Experience with Funnel Design
