Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong creative instincts and technical expertise in visual design and video editing. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent design capabilities, a keen eye for aesthetics, and hands-on experience in creating graphics, social media creatives, branding materials, and edited video content.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

* Design high-quality creatives for:

 * Social media campaigns

 * Digital advertisements

 * Branding materials

 * Brochures, banners, and promotional assets

 * Website graphics and visual content

* Develop innovative concepts aligned with brand strategies

* Ensure consistency in design language across all projects

* Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams for campaign execution

* Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements

Video Editing:

* Edit promotional videos, reels, social media videos, and ad creatives

* Create motion graphics and engaging video assets for digital campaigns

* Add transitions, effects, audio synchronization, subtitles, and branding elements

* Optimize video formats for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Required Skills

Mandatory:

Proficiency in:

 * Adobe Photoshop

 * Adobe Illustrator

* Strong video editing skills using tools such as:

 * Adobe Premiere Pro

 * After Effects (preferred)

 * CapCut / DaVinci Resolve (bonus)

* Strong understanding of:

 * Layout design

 * Typography

 * Color theory

 * Branding principles

* Creative thinking with attention to detail

* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred:

* Knowledge of UI/UX basics

* Motion graphics experience

* Basic photography or videography understanding

* Familiarity with social media trends and content creation

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

* Freshers with strong portfolios are highly encouraged to apply

* Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is mandatory
