About the Role
We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in branding, packaging, social media design, and motion graphics to join our team at NexAdvent. You will work on a diverse portfolio of clients, crafting compelling visual identities, retail-ready packaging, thumb-stopping social content, and engaging motion creatives that drive engagement and brand recall.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand identity systems including logos, style guides, and brand collateral
- Design packaging concepts and production-ready artwork for retail and e-commerce products
- Create on-brand social media creatives including static posts, carousels, reels covers, and story templates
- Produce motion graphics and animated content for social media, digital ads, and brand campaigns
- Design and animate reels, short-form video assets, and interactive stories across platforms
- Collaborate with account managers and copywriters to translate briefs into visual concepts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for multiple client accounts
- Ensure all output meets print and digital production standards
- Stay updated on design trends across branding, FMCG packaging, motion design, and digital media
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, social media, and motion graphics projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of packaging dielines, print specifications, and pre-press processes
- Experience designing for multiple social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube)
- Ability to animate logos, transitions, text, and brand elements using After Effects or equivalent tools
- Ability to work on multiple client briefs concurrently with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of digital ad formats and performance creative
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D packaging mockups
- UI/UX basics
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly and Midjourney
- Experience with FMCG or D2C brands
