Note: Candidates should be ready to share their portfolio or samples of graphic design and video-editing work.

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 8 months to 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital marketing, branding, and B2B business communication.

Candidates with experience working in IT companies or B2B organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Create visual content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
• Edit videos and create engaging promotional videos, short-form videos, and motion graphics.
• Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit visual assets.
• Work with Adobe InDesign to design brochures, company profiles, and other marketing collateral.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to understand design requirements.
• Convert business requirements and creative briefs into visually appealing designs.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions based on stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain organized design files and creative assets.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Knowledge of layouts, typography, color combinations, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Ability to create digital marketing creatives and promotional content.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Industry Requirements

• Experience in an IT company or B2B organization is required/preferred as per the hiring team's criteria.
• Understanding of corporate branding, technology-related marketing content, and B2B communication is an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office five days a week.
