Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute high-quality graphic design projects in line with the client's brand guidelines and strategic goals.
• Develop original, compelling visuals for digital, social media, web, and print collateral.
• Partner with internal and client teams to understand project objectives, contribute creative insights, and refine concepts.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of work that meets or exceeds quality standards.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers when needed.
• Stay updated on design trends and proactively bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Bombay Media and the client for all design-related needs, gathering feedback and maintaining a strong working relationship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles across digital, print, and brand identity projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design softwares.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to client feedback and expectations.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for creating visually compelling work.
