Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets such as logos, graphics, and branding materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. The role includes collaborating with teams to conceptualize and design creative concepts, applying typography principles, and consistently producing high-quality design deliverables to support marketing and business efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating visually compelling creatives for digital and print platforms
• Strong experience in Logo Design, Branding, and developing cohesive visual identities
• Solid understanding and application of Typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Knowledge and practical experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway ML, or similar AI creative platforms
• Ability to use AI tools for faster concept generation, creative ideation, image enhancement, background removal, mockup creation, and content adaptation while maintaining brand consistency
• Understanding of current design trends, social media creatives, UI aesthetics, and modern visual storytelling techniques
• Experience in motion graphics, short-form content design, or video editing is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team-oriented environment at our Ernakulam location
• Relevant educational background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is advantageous
• Prior experience in a similar role or a strong portfolio showcasing creative and AI-assisted design expertise is highly preferred
