Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Graphic Designer, located in Raipur. The selected candidate will design creative visuals, including graphics, logos, and branding materials, that align with the company's mission and vision. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining visual content, working with design software, and ensuring consistency across all branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Design banners, posters, brochures, and marketing materials
• Work on brand identity elements such as logos, color schemes, and visual guidelines
• Collaborate with video editors and content team for integrated campaigns
• Create thumbnails, infographics, and presentation creatives
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client requirements
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final outputs on time
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Requirments

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio

Proficiency in design tools such as:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Corel Draw
• Canva (basic to advanced)

Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding

Knowledge of social media design formats and trends

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and creativity
