Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Bizyocon is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing assets, social media creatives, and website graphics. The person in this position will collaborate with marketing and development teams to translate brand guidelines into engaging designs, design logos and brand assets, and refine layouts and typography for various campaigns. Daily responsibilities include working on multiple design projects, preparing files for production, and ensuring consistency of visual style across all deliverables. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, and stay current with design trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create visually compelling digital and print materials.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and refining brand identities and visual systems.
• Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and readability across different formats.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work and problem-solving approach.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
