Job Title: Graphic Designer

About The Role

Were looking for a brand-focused graphic designer who can turn ideas into compelling visual stories. Youll shape how our brand communicates across digital and internal platforms - from hero banners and campaign graphics to emailers and newsletters. The role blends creative thinking with functional design, ensuring every visual is clear, engaging, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Support: Design hero banners, landing page visuals, icons, and infographics that align with brand tone and enhance user engagement.
  • Campaign Creative: Conceptualize and develop visuals for internal communication and marketing campaigns, including posters, digital signage, and event branding.
  • Emailers & Newsletters: Design engaging email templates, newsletters, and digital banners optimized for readability and performance.
  • Infographics & Reports: Create infographics, charts, and data visualizations that simplify complex information and improve storytelling.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with content and marketing teams to bring campaign concepts to life through design.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a unified visual language.
  • AI & Design Tools: Leverage tools like Adobe Firefly, Freepik, Midjourney, and others to accelerate ideation and design workflows.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with modern design trends, layouts, and typography best practices.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or digital environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web graphics, emailers, infographics, and campaign creatives
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva,
  • Experience designing website hero banners, email newsletters, and digital marketing assets
  • Strong understanding of design, color theory, typography, and branding
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Freepik, Firefly, Midjourney) to enhance creative workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and communication skills
  • Ability to understand design objectives and translate them into impactful design concepts
