About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Homely Aura. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on e-commerce marketplace visuals. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-converting creatives for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces. Your work will include creating product listing images, A+ content, storefront banners, and performance ad creatives that align with brand identity and platform guidelines. Additionally, you will develop engaging social media creatives for platforms like Instagram and Facebook, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. The role requires a mix of creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to produce visuals that not only attract attention but also drive sales and engagement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess over three years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in e-commerce marketplace visuals. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential, along with a solid understanding of conversion-focused and performance-driven design principles. Experience with AI-based design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Adobe Firefly is highly desirable, as is familiarity with workflow automation to enhance productivity. Candidates should have excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines. A keen eye for detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities

You will leverage Photoshop Actions to automate repetitive tasks, thereby increasing efficiency and ensuring consistent quality across all designs. Integrating AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Adobe Firefly will be essential for streamlining ideation and enhancing creative output. Collaboration with marketing and performance teams will be vital to align creative strategies with campaign goals, optimize ad performance, and adapt to platform updates. You will also be responsible for maintaining visual consistency and ensuring all creatives adhere to brand standards and platform-specific requirements.
