Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Execution
- Design marketing collaterals for digital platforms Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, and email campaigns.
- Create static and motion-based creatives that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
- Develop visually stunning layouts for product launches, brand campaigns, and festive promotions.
- Ensure all assets are on-brand, consistent in color palette, typography, and voice.
Brand Identity & Storytelling
- Maintain and evolve Benny's Bowl's design language warm, clean, and pet-friendly.
- Translate brand and product stories into visual concepts that resonate emotionally with pet parents.
- Collaborate with the copywriter and video editor to deliver integrated campaign visuals.
- Support packaging design and offline collaterals (flyers, stands, posters, events) when needed.
Campaign & Collaboration
- Work with performance marketing team to create and test multiple ad creative versions (static + motion).
- Collaborate with content & video teams to ensure unified campaign storytelling.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from marketing data optimize for CTR and engagement metrics.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Key Success Metrics
- Engagement rates and CTR on creative assets
- Design turnaround time (TAT)
- Creative test performance (winner vs. control ratio)
- Consistency & recall in brand visuals across touchpoints
