Job Description

Job Title – Executive - Graphic Designer

Location – Marol, Andheri

Company Profile - BECO is a fast-growing sustainable home care brand focused on eco-friendly, plant-based, and bamboo-based products. Our mission is to create high-performance products that are good for both people and the planet.

As a digital-first D2C brand, we are building a strong and distinctive voice across every customer touchpoint while rapidly scaling across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

•Create designs for performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) and website assets (banners, product pages, landing pages).

• Own the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to translate briefs into engaging creatives.

•Manage video content creation by collaborating with internal teams and coordinating with external agencies.

• Contribute to creative strategy and bring new ideas to improve engagement and conversions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in a D2C/e-commerce brand or agency).

• Strong portfolio across digital ads, social, and website assets.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Figma/Canva.

• Basic understanding of video editing is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
