Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Surat. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and print materials, ensuring all designs align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing logos and brand identities, selecting typography and color palettes, and producing graphics for social media, websites, and promotional materials. The role involves collaborating with the creative team and account managers, presenting design concepts, and refining work based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also prepare final artwork files for production, maintain organized project assets, and stay updated on design trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design, including visual composition, color theory, and layout.
- Hands-on experience creating Graphics for digital and print channels.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and developing cohesive Branding systems.
- Solid understanding of Typography and its application across different media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalents).
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; openness to feedback and iteration.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
