Requirements:

• 23 years of experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
• Strong portfolio with demonstrated experience in digital design
• Strong visual storytelling and brand strategy abilities
• Clear communication and presentation skills
• Bonus: Experience in motion design & Figma

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of projects from concept to execution.
• Translate briefs and strategy into clear, expressive design concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Build brand assets, toolkits and guidelines that ensure consistency without rigidity.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong creative culture.
• Present ideas and concepts confidently to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats and platform guidelines.
• Maintain a high standard of craft while juggling timelines, cross-project priorities and experiment with AI tools (Mid Journey, Google Nano Banana, Chat-GPT, etc) for faster workflows.

Work Schedule: Remote (Work From Home) | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible)
