We're looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to bring our story to life visually across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design Development
- Design elegant, compelling visuals for packaging, brochures, menus, print ads, and digital platforms that reflect Aubree's premium brand identity.
- Packaging Design
- Conceptualize and develop packaging that is both luxurious and functional, aligning with brand aesthetics. Create prototypes for feedback and iteration.
- Social Media & Digital Ads
- Design engaging and on-brand creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) that captivate our audience and enhance digital presence.
- Client & Team Presentations
- Prepare and present design concepts with clarity and confidence to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Motion Graphics(Preferred)
- A working knowledge of motion design tools and techniques is an added advantage for dynamic digital content creation.
- Brand Consistency
- Maintain brand cohesion across all visual communications, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and tone.
Requirements
- Experience
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging and digital media. Experience in the F&B, luxury, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
- Design Tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and CorelDRAW.
- Technical Knowledge
- Solid understanding of print production processes, material selection, and execution.
- Creativity & Aesthetic Sense
- A strong eye for detail, color, typography, and composition, with an appreciation for minimalist, elegant design.
- Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and visual communication; able to articulate design decisions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputed art or design college.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and consumer expectations in premium product branding.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in packaging, branding, and digital content.
