Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative leads and production teams to deliver design assets that align with brand and campaign goals.
- Create and adapt static and motion assets for digital, print, social media, and retail touchpoints.
- Build and finalize mechanical artwork for print production, ensuring technical accuracy, dielines, barcodes, legal copy, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Develop packaging adaptations and extensions based on master designs, following brand guidelines and market requirements.
- Support versioning, localization, and rollout of global campaigns across multiple markets and media formats.
- Ensure deliverables are technically sound, pixel-perfect, and production-ready for both digital and print.
- Collaborate across time zones and teams, maintaining consistency across all creative outputs.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Min 6 years of experience in a creative design or post-production environment (agency or studio setting preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.
- Solid understanding of mechanical artwork standards, print production processes, and packaging design.
- Detail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills.
- Proven ability to follow and adapt brand guidelines with precision.
- Familiarity with prepress file setup, color correction, resolution, and bleed specifications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
