Assist in creating and designing business presentations and marketing materials aligned with Gallagher's brand and messaging.

Support senior designers by customizing templates, integrating graphics, and enhancing presentations with visuals, charts, and infographics.

Develop bespoke graphics, charts, and diagrams for digital and print materials, including brochures, social media graphics, flyers, infographics, and email templates.

Ensure all design work meets brand guidelines and visual standards, maintaining high attention to detail.

Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery, adhering to SLAs for internal and external clients, and proactively communicate potential delays with solutions.

Revise designs based on feedback from senior team members and stakeholders, maintaining consistency and high standards.

Anticipate challenges or last-minute changes in design requirements and resolve them effectively without sacrificing quality.

Engage with internal stakeholders to understand needs and ensure design work meets or exceeds expectations.

Follow established design workflows and project management processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
