Location:Pune

Experience:2-5 years of experience in graphic design(Interior / Real Estate / Architecture domain experience preferred)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically strongGraphic Designerto support our corporate interior fit-out projects. The role involves creating high-quality visual presentations, branding assets, client pitch decks, space branding concepts, and digital creatives with a strong focus on leveragingAI design toolsfor rapid ideation and concept development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Visual Communication

• Develop professionalpresentation decks, proposals, mood boards, and project visualsfor corporate interior design.
• Createsignage graphics, wayfinding systems, and space branding assetstailored for office environments.
• Support Design & BD teams withclient pitch visuals, theme boards, and concept imagery.
• Maintainstrict brand consistencyacross all project communication and deliverables.

AI-Assisted Design

• Use AI tools for fast concept generation, including:
• Theme ideation
• Color palette creation
• Layout and form inspiration
• Graphic art & mood board generation
• Translate AI-generated concepts into polished, professional artwork using Adobe tools.

Digital & Marketing Creatives

• Designsocial media creatives, website banners, reel thumbnails, and digital marketing materials.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensureaccurate production filesand high-quality output.

Project Support

• Adapt designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple deliverables efficiently within tight deadlines.

Required Technical Skills:

Core Design Software:

• Adobe Creative Suite:Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Canva/Figma
• Understanding ofprint production & artwork setup

AI Tools (Mandatory):

Hands-on experience with:

• Midjourney / DALLE
• Adobe Firefly
• ChatGPTfor content and concept ideation
• Canva AI or any similar creative AI tools
• Ability to generate quick concepts and mood boards using AI

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Basicmotion design(After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Strongpresentation design(PowerPoint pitch decks)
• Knowledge ofmaterials, textures, finishes, and space brandingelements in interiors

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree inGraphic Design / Visual Communication
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design(Interior / Real Estate / Architecture domain experience preferred)
• Strong ability to translate briefs and sketches into meaningful visual concepts
• Strong typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy skills
• Excellent attention to detail and fast design turnaround capability
