We are looking for an individual to join our rapidly growing team at Anveshan, as a Senior Graphic Designer. As a senior graphic designer, you will be responsible for owning the design decisions and creating design solutions with high visual impact for branding, marketing, and product design. The role requires you to be a strong strategic thinker as well as a ground-level execution specialist while managing and leading a team of junior designers to help take the brands design journey from zero to one and beyond.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain brand identity – Ensure consistent visual language across all platforms and touchpoints.
2. Create high-quality graphics and videos – Design static creatives, motion graphics, reels, and product videos.
3. Lead design for marketing campaigns – Support growth and performance campaigns with impactful visuals.
4. Collaborate across teams – Work closely with marketing, content, product, and operations teams to align design with goals.
5. Own projects end-to-end – Take complete responsibility from concept to final delivery of design assets.
6. Design for digital and print media – Create assets for websites, social media, packaging, ads, and offline collaterals.
7. Maintain design systems and processes – Set up workflows, brand guidelines, and improve creative operations.
8. Stay updated on trends – Bring fresh, trend-aligned ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
9. Produce engaging motion content – Craft animations, transitions, and video edits to tell compelling brand stories.

Skills and Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic/ Visual/ Communication/ Brand Designer with proven experience in leading/managing a team.
2. Must have proven ability to ideate based on user persona, target audience, and industry trends.
3. Strong graphic design skills, demonstrated ability in a portfolio.
4. Design thinking and a keen eye for great visual & graphic sensibility.
5. Understanding of social media platforms to create highly engaging design solutions.
6. Creative concept development & presentation skills to communicate high-level strategic decisions to stakeholders.
7. Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but open to critical feedback and collaboration.
8. Proven expertise with software like Adobe ecosystem (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects), CorelDraw, etc.
9. Bonus points if you have a working knowledge of Figma, 3D tools like Blender, and C4D.
