We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visual content for digital and print marketing. The candidate should be able to understand brand requirements and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Performance Creatives

• Design Instagram posts, carousels, reels covers & stories
• Create YouTube thumbnails & WhatsApp creatives
• Design creatives focused on lead generation & conversions

Campaign & Brand Conceptualization

• Develop creative themes for project launches, & festival creatives
• Translate business goals into strong visual storytelling
• Create campaign look & feel (colors, typography, layouts)

Print, Site & On-Ground Branding

• Brochures, flyers, presentations
• Hoardings, entry gates, tower branding, signage

Video & Motion

• Edit reels, walkthroughs & construction updates
• Create basic motion graphics & launch teasers
• Convert raw footage into high-impact content

Quality Control & Brand Discipline

• Maintain premium brand consistency across all creatives
• Ensure every output matches Anidhya Avenues positioning
• Own final creative quality before release

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro & After Effects
• Strong knowledge of social media creatives and digital marketing design
• Creativity with strong attention to detail
• Good time management and communication skills
