About the Role
Phoenix Branding is looking for a fast, execution-focused Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can handle both static creatives and reel edits in a high-paced agency environment.
This role is not for slow or perfectionist designers. We need someone who can deliver consistently, take feedback instantly, and work on multiple brands daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives (posts, carousels, ads) for multiple clients
- Edit 6–8 reels per day with clean cuts, transitions, and engaging effects
- Work closely with the Social Media and Content team for quick turnaround
- Adapt designs and edits based on brand guidelines and client feedback
- Maintain consistency across creatives and formats
Requirements
- Strong skills in Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva (at least one must be strong)
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / DaVinci
- Ability to handle both design + video editing (non-negotiable)
- Understanding of social media formats and trends
- Ability to take direct feedback and implement changes quickly
- Must be comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple tasks
Important Please Note
- You will be expected to deliver high volume work daily
- Feedback will be direct and frequent — speed of correction matters
- This is a performance-driven role, not a slow creative environment
