Who is our culture fit

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, solid video editing skills, and the ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling visuals that align with brand and business goals.

Your daily routines:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging graphics, videos, motion elements, and layouts for digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and marketing collateral.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished content with strong storytelling, logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and visual consistency.
• Enhance videos by adding and refining music, dialogues, voiceovers, animations, graphics, and visual effects.
• Ensure all graphics and videos align with brand guidelines, digital marketing strategies, and campaign objectives.
• Review and analyze marketing and creative briefs to understand project goals, target audiences, and design requirements.
• Create mock-ups, prototypes, and mood boards to present design concepts prior to final execution.
• Schedule design and video projects, manage timelines, and deliver assets within marketing campaign deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with digital marketers, content creators, and social media managers to produce impactful creative assets.
• Test graphics and videos across multiple devices and platforms to ensure optimal performance and visual quality.
• Perform quality checks and proofreading on all designs and videos before publishing.
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams or clients and make necessary revisions efficiently.
• Organize and maintain a structured design and video asset library for easy access and version control.
• Stay updated with industry trends, creative tools, and best practices to continuously improve output quality.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative and quality standards.

What are prospects

1.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor (portfolio required).

2.Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.

3.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and motion design.

4.Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and content formats.

5.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.

6.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
