About the Job

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to bring visual concepts to life across

various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design and color and a knack for

creating on-brand, engaging content. They should be capable of producing both static and dynamic

visual assets that align with AccioJob's mission and resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create compelling visual assets, including brochures, infographics, social media creatives,

and branding materials.

• Develop designs that support AccioJob's mission and marketing goals, maintaining brand

consistency across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and implement innovative design solutions

for campaigns and educational materials.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to project deadlines.

Video Editing

• Edit high-quality video content for ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms to engage our

target audience.

• Oversee all technical aspects of video editing, including sound and color correction.
• Collaborate on developing a consistent video brand messaging strategy.
• Work closely with the creative and branding teams to ideate and implement video content

ideas.

Who Are We Looking For

• Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
• Video Editing: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Well-versed in AI design/video tools (generative AI for editing and design workflows)
• Strong design and video editing portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects with strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss ideas and understand design briefs effectively.
• Videography experience is a plus.
• Education: Graduates/postgraduates in related fields are encouraged to apply.

Note: This role is NOT for specialists in just one area. We need someone equally strong in both Graphic Design & Video Editing. Experience in video ad shoots is a plus.
