Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

We're a digital marketing agency based in Noida, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who blends strong design fundamentals with hands-on expertise in AI-powered content creation. If you're someone who stays ahead of the curve on AI tools and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and videos, we want you on our team.

In this creative role, you'll produce graphics and edit videos for multiple client accounts—leveraging both traditional design skills and the latest AI tools to work faster and smarter. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality creative assets across social media, ads, and brand campaigns.

• Design engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and marketing collateral across multiple client brands
• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos (reels, ads, promos, explainers)
• Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and accelerate video and image production (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, HeyGen)
• Adapt design and video styles to match each client's brand identity and voice
• Collaborate with the social media and account teams to execute campaign concepts
• Manage motion graphics, animation, and basic sound design where needed
• Maintain quality, consistency, and brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, design trends, and video techniques

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work
• Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools (video and image)
• Proficiency in design and editing software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalents like Canva, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut)
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, and motion
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a creative, problem-solving mindset
