About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to create engaging creatives across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for digital and print media.
- Create marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, banners, brochures, and other branding materials.
- Develop logos, brand identity systems, iconography, and visual assets.
- Create motion graphics and animations using After Effects.
- Translate design briefs into compelling visual concepts and layouts.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions.
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in motion graphics and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of print production and digital design.
- Strong illustration, image editing, and mockup creation skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3ds Max.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to contribute to and maintain design systems.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and creativity.
