About the Role

Super Donuts is looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can bring our brand to life across both digital and print platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, social media trends, and marketing design and can seamlessly work across reels, static creatives, and print collaterals. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the brand and supporting marketing campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Visual Content

  • Design engaging creatives for social media, including posts, stories, banners, and promotional graphics.
  • Develop visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, colour palette, typography, and visual identity.

Video Editing & Reel Creation

  • Edit high-quality reels, short-form videos, and promotional content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Add music, transitions, effects, and motion graphics to enhance engagement.
  • Stay updated with trending formats, audio, and editing styles to keep content relevant and viral-ready.

Print Media & Marketing Collaterals

  • Design print materials such as posters, standees, brochures, menu inserts, packaging elements, and in-store branding.
  • Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
  • Adapt digital creatives into print-ready formats while maintaining design integrity.

Campaign Support

  • Work closely with the content creator & marketing team to execute campaigns visually.
  • Translate marketing ideas into compelling design and video assets.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events with creative outputs.

Brand & Quality Control

  • Maintain high standards of creativity, attention to detail, and consistency.
  • Ensure all designs and videos reflect the brand's personality and positioning.
  • Review and refine work based on feedback and performance insights.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing, outlet teams, and external vendors for smooth execution.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, reels, and print work.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
  • Understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience in print design and production processes is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and execute ideas end-to-end.
  • Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

Salary Range

₹3.4 LPA–₹4.5 LPA(based on experience and skillset)
