Graphic Designer & Video Editor Intern

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor Intern based in Bengaluru. The internship is for a period of 3 - 6 months. The role offers flexibility in terms of work location but requires frequent office presence - in Koramangala, Bangalore. This role is for our athleisure brand - Xalt Life - www.xaltlife.com

The intern will be responsible for creating and designing graphic materials including logos, branding assets, and typography. In addition, the role requires creating and editing AI-based content and editing existing imagery and video content to align with the company's brand identity and communication goals. The intern will work collaboratively with the team to develop visually engaging multimedia assets for various channels and projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design, including creating visual assets that align with brand guidelines
• Experience in Logo Design, Branding, and developing cohesive visual identities
• Skilled in Typography and attention to detail in selecting fonts and layouts
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of video editing tools to create engaging multimedia presentations is a plus
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for creation, editing and shaping visual content
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields

What you'll do

Design social media creatives, campaign assets, and website visuals

Edit short-form videos for Instagram, ads, and brand storytelling

Work closely with marketing and content teams on launches

What we're looking for

Strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects)

Understanding of current design and content trends

Prior experience in Fashion industry a plus
