Job Description

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create high-quality digital content for technology products, AI solutions, mobile apps and marketing campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, good video-editing skills, and the ability to create clean, modern and engaging content for social media, websites, ads, product promotions and brand communication. Since the role involves working with an international client, the candidate should have strong communication skills, professional ownership and the ability to understand briefs clearly and deliver quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design social media posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, ads and other digital creatives.
  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Create product explainer videos, app demo videos, promotional videos and feature-launch content.
  • Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, sound effects and basic visual effects.
  • Create UGC-style ads and performance marketing creatives.
  • Design website graphics, pitch deck visuals, case study creatives and landing page assets.
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across colours, typography, layouts and visual style.
  • Understand creative briefs clearly and convert them into polished visual content.
  • Coordinate professionally with internal teams and international stakeholders.
  • Manage revisions, feedback and deadlines with ownership and attention to detail.
  • Resize and adapt creatives for different formats such as 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience with Canva, Figma or similar design tools.
  • Strong portfolio of social media creatives, short videos, ads and motion graphics.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, colours, visual hierarchy and storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for tech, SaaS, apps, startups or digital products will be preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand feedback clearly and make revisions quickly.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Pika, Kling or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives and UGC-style video ads.
  • Ability to create simple animated product screens and app walkthrough videos.
  • Experience working with overseas clients or remote teams.

Portfolio Requirement

  • Candidates must share a portfolio with both graphic design and video editing work, preferably including social media videos, app/product creatives, motion graphics, ad creatives and digital campaign work.
