About The Role

We're on the lookout for a creative powerhouse with 3 to 5 years of experience who lives and breathes design. If Adobe Creative Suite is your playground and Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects are your go-to tools, you'll feel right at home here. You'll bring brands to life by shaping bold brand personas and identities, crafting eye catching digital marketing ads, and designing captivating social media creatives. A flair for video editing is a big plus, all while staying true to brand guidelines and visual consistency. If you love turning ideas into impactful visuals, this role is made for you.

What you'll be doing

Creative Design, Marketing & Branding:

Develop visually appealing designs for brand collaterals, presentations and marketing assets.

Design social media creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.

Designing A+ content, and listing images for e-commerce platforms.

Create Shopify web banners, landing pages, listing images, blog creatives, infographics etc.

Design creatives for Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other digital campaigns.

Collaborate with the PPC and SEO teams to create performance-driven visual assets.

Content Creation & Motion Graphics

Produce high-quality graphic and video content using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects).

Design engaging multimedia content for both organic and paid campaigns.

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align designs with brand guidelines.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs across multiple projects.

What you'll need

35 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital-first or e-commerce environment.

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

Experience in social media design, A+ content and e-commerce listing images.

Ability to design for Shopify websites, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.

Ability to create videos from scratch using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Experience with Google Ads & Amazon Ads creatives.

Understanding of PPC and SEO workflows to align designs with campaign goals.

Strong typography, colour sense, and layout skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of AI tools integration in design.

You'll thrive here if

You have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; graduates from premier institutes like NIFT or Pearl Academy are a plus.

You have experience in B2B/B2C. Working with e-commerce/IT companies/SaaS, Marketing is a plus.

You have expertise with design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro)

You love to learn & adapt to new trends in designing.
