About the RoleWe're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Identity Designer to develop a cohesive visual identity for a new real estate brand. The role involves creating the full visual language from logo and color palette to typography, design elements, and brand applications across digital and print assets.
You'll collaborate directly with the founder to translate the brand vision into a modern, elegant, and professional design system that stands out in the property market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a complete brand identity system (logo, color palette, typography, grid, and design language).
- Create brand guidelines for consistent visual usage.
- Design initial marketing collaterals including:
- Business card
- Letterhead
- Social media templates (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic signage/branding mockups
- Present multiple creative directions and refine based on feedback.
- Deliver high-quality, editable design files (AI, PSD, and PDF formats).
Ideal Candidate Profile- Proven experience designing brand identities for startups or real estate/luxury/lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing logo and visual identity work.
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma.
- Understanding of brand storytelling and minimalistic, premium aesthetics.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines independently.
Project Details- Contract Duration: 46 weeks (can extend for future marketing design work).
- Compensation: Based on experience and portfolio quality.
