Key Responsibilities:Conceptualization & Design: Develop visual concepts, layouts, and production design for diverse materials like ads, brochures, packaging, websites, and social media.Collaboration: Liaise with clients, marketing teams, or managers to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align designs with goals.Software Proficiency: Use design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring ideas to life.Visual Execution: Select colors, fonts, images, and arrange elements to create impactful, readable, and aesthetically pleasing visuals.Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects, ensuring delivery by deadlines.Brand Consistency: Maintain visual standards and consistency across all company materials.Process Improvement: Review and update design processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
