We're Hiring | PPT Designer / Deck Creator (IT Proposals)

We are looking for a PowerPoint Designer / Deck Creator who can create high-quality pitch decks, proposal presentations, and visually strong slides for IT projects. If you have a strong eye for design and visual storytelling, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional pitch decks / proposal decks / investor & sales presentations
• Develop PPT templates, slide masters, layouts, and reusable design components
• Convert content into clean visuals such as charts, infographics, icons, timelines
• Ensure brand consistency (fonts, colors, structure, formatting)
• Format and polish presentations for client-ready submissions (PPT/PDF)
• Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs and manage review cycles

Skills We're Looking For

• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides (masters, formatting, animation)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, alignment, spacing
• Experience in visual storytelling and deck structuring
• Good hands-on in infographics, charts and data visualization
• Tools: Canva / Figma / Photoshop (basic to intermediate)

Added Advantage (Secondary)

• Exposure to IT proposals / bidding / RFP-RFQ documents
• Experience working on proposal decks is a plus
