Job Description

The Visual Communication Designer is responsible for translating marketing campaigns, offers, and brand narratives into high-impact visual assets across the client's website. This role owns all on-site banners and promotional creatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, speed, and visual excellence across frequent content changes. Working closely with marketing, growth, and category teams, the designer ensures every banner communicates the right message, to the right customer, at the right moment.

Responsibilities

1. Marketing Translation

• Takes offers, promos, sales events, launches
• Converts them into clear visual hierarchies
• Knows what to shout, what to whisper, and what to remove

2. Velocity & Scale

• Website banners change daily / weekly
• Designer must be comfortable with:
• Fast turnarounds
• Multiple versions
• Continuous updates without quality drop

3. On-site Consistency

• Homepage hero
• Category banners
• Sale headers
• Seasonal creatives

All must feel like one brand speaking, even when 20 things are live at once.

Requirements

• Social media design/ Advertising/ Graphic design experience.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your design decisions.
• Ability to think spatially, understanding how a brand is consistently expressed and maintained in a physical environment.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma related design and production software.
