The OpportunityWe aren't looking for someone to just make things pretty. We need a visual thinker who understands that design is how a brand speaks without words. You will be the architect of our visual identity, bridging the gap between static graphics, intuitive user interfaces, and engaging video content. You will shape how the world sees us across every digital touchpoint.
What You Will Do
- Own the Visual Identity: Design crisp, high-impact visuals for social media, sales decks, and marketing collateral that stop the scroll and drive engagement.
- Craft Intuitive Interfaces: Lead the UI design for our digital products/web presence. You understand that good design is invisibleit just works.
- Translate Complexity: Take complex concepts and turn them into clean, digestible infographics and layouts.
- Motion & Video (The X-Factor): Edit and produce punchy video content for social reels and product demos. If you can make static images move, you're already ahead of the pack.

- A Portfolio that Speaks: You have a body of work that demonstrates rangefrom clean UI systems to expressive marketing creatives.
- Tool Agnostic: You are fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Ps, Ai, Pr, Ae), and know which tool fits the job.
- User-Centric: You don't just design for yourself; you design for the person on the other side of the screen.
- Detail-Obsessed: You know the difference between good enough and pixel-perfect.
