Qualifications required to join our team,

o1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in branding, packaging, digital media, and social media content.

oProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

oStrong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.

oAbility to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

oStrong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.

You will be responsible for,

oLeading the conceptualization and execution of visually stunning designs that align with project objectives and requirements, across a range of platforms such as print, digital, and social media.

oCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy & design teams, to understand design briefs, deliver exceptional designs, and exceed project expectations.

oProviding direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development while maintaining a high standard of design excellence across the team.

oManaging multiple projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities and deadlines, while upholding meticulous attention to detail and consistently delivering flawless output.
