Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging video content for digital and offline platforms. The role involves editing, assembling, and enhancing video footage for marketing, educational, and branding purposes, particularly in a professional or healthcare environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce videos for social media, websites, YouTube, ads, webinars, and internal communications
  • Create short-form videos such as reels, shorts, and performance ads
  • Edit doctor interviews, patient testimonials, event videos, and educational content
  • Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and basic animations where required
  • Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and tone
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand briefs and objectives
  • Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios
  • Manage multiple projects and adhere to timelines
  • Maintain organized video files and archives Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Video Editing, Media, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant video editing experience (freshers with strong portfolios may be considered)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics
  • Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolutions
  • Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics Good to Have
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or service-based industries
  • Basic color correction and sound editing skills
  • Experience editing YouTube content and performance marketing videos
  • Familiarity with subtitles, captions, and accessibility standards Soft Skills
  • Clear communication and understanding of briefs
  • Ability to accept feedback and make revisions efficiently
