Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will assist in creating engaging designs that reflect our brand and support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple projects under the guidance of senior designers.
Key Responsibilities:1. Design & Content Creation
- Create visual content, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, and templates for digital and print platforms.
- Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Adapt designs to suit different platforms, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
2. Collaboration
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with campaign goals.
- Provide support to senior designers on larger projects and campaigns.
3. Brand Consistency
- Maintain brand guidelines across all designs and ensure visual consistency.
- Suggest improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the brand's visual identity.
4. File Management & Documentation
- Organize and maintain digital design files, ensuring easy access for the team.
- Prepare files for print and digital use, ensuring high-quality outputs.
5. Feedback & Revisions
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients into designs.
- Revise and update existing designs based on evolving project requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work considered).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
