Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Design Trainee / Intern with a passion for graphic design, motion graphics, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, basic motion design skills, and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools. You will work closely with the creative team to develop engaging static and animated content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, digital ads, marketing campaigns, and brand communication
• Create basic motion graphics, animations, reels, and short video edits
• Assist senior designers in executing creative concepts and campaign visuals
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, improve workflows, and enhance creative output
• Maintain consistency in brand visuals across all designs
• Edit and refine creatives based on feedback and project requirements
• Stay updated with the latest design, motion, and AI trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Figma
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.
• Understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color, composition, and layout
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively

Preferred (Optional)

• Internship, freelance, or academic project experience in graphic or motion design
• Understanding of social media content formats like Instagram Reels, ads, and short-form videos
• Interest in AI-driven creative workflows and content generation
• Basic understanding of reel/video shoot execution and content creation is a plus.
